Interise is running its Small Business series this fall. Mike Foley will present Employment Law Compliance & Risk Management, part I on 12/20/16 (session 6). He will present Part II at the final session (13) on March 28, 2017. This is a terrific series held every other Tuesday from 5-8pm, going on now. On October 19, 2016, join Mike Foley when he explains the "White Collar" regulation changes before the Cape Cod Marine Trade Association. This is a complicated subject because the risk is not limited to the FLSA. Our firm is well-versed in the perils and pitfalls and how to avoid them.

The Cape Cod Human Resources Association (CCHRA) will host its meeting on December 1, 2016, at which time Mike Foley will present a general legal update with an emphasis on the wage and hour updates and the impact of the Presidential election results on workplace regulation.

The Annual Legal Update for the SouthCoast Human Resources is on the calendar already for April 26, 2017, at 8:00 pm at White's in Wesport, MA. Join Mike Foley and Angela Snyder for a lively discussion and presentation of the changes and challenges of the workplace.
