Lizanne (Elizabeth) Foley
Lizanne has represented management in labor and employment matters, both union and non-union, since 1989. She advises employers on all facets of the employment relationship, including personnel, discrimination, union organizing, sexual harassment, hiring, discipline, and termination, as well as training on a wide range of workplace matters. She has represented employers in labor arbitrations, labor board proceedings, collective bargaining, and wage and hour compliance disputes.
In addition to employment law work, Lizanne has obtained and enforced trademark registration for firm clients.
For many years, Lizanne represented public and private schools in labor negotiations, grievance arbitrations, special education, school policies, and as defense counsel in federal and state court on issues ranging from alleged wrongful termination to claims of constitutional rights deprivation.
As the Managing Partner at Foley & Foley, PC, Lizanne is mindful of the demands of running a business. She counsels clients with an eye toward practical solutions and preventative policies.
