Carine Tamasang brings over 10 years of experience working in employee and business services roles for both private and public sector organizations. She has broad experience working with Unions, Non-profits, Universities and Utility Corporations. Carine has substantial experience conducting, coordinating, and advising internal clients in sensitive investigations of workplace misconduct. She has investigated reports of discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation brought before agencies such as the MCAD and EEOC. Carine is also a seasoned Diversity and Inclusion professional with experience conducting training, policy development and implementation and working with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Carine worked full-time while attending law school and graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2019.

In addition to her HR background, Carine has worked in real estate and property strategy roles managing large- and small-scale property transactions and regulatory filing requirements. Throughout her career, her roles have centered around understanding business needs, providing guidance, and mitigating risks for the organizations she’s worked for. Her broad depth of experience in various industries make her uniquely positioned to understand and address the needs of Foley & Foley clients.
