Alycia Torres brings a variety of skills to Foley & Foley, including litigation, client counseling and legal analysis. Alycia maintains a litigation, counseling and transactional practice that focuses on broad range of matters including privacy, cybersecurity and their intersection with employment law. Alycia also focuses on business development litigation and administrative agency defense. Alycia is a valuable member of our On Call Service team as well.
Alycia obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida. After college, Alycia attended St. John’s University School of Law where she received her J.D. while serving as an Editor for the N.Y. Int’l Law Review/St. John’s Journal of Int’l Comparative Law.
Alycia began her career representing clients in various IP matters including trademark filings and patent prosecution before beginning a career as a public defender. During her tenure as an Assistant Public Defender, Alycia represented cases at every stage, trying over sixty jury and non-jury trials.
Alycia plans to leverage her diverse skills and experiences in support of client objectives.
