If a client needs a few hours of advice every month – no problem.  If a client requires one or more days of help a month, we have you covered. We can perform our services at your place of business or remotely. We are available from morning to night by telephone, electronic mail, video conference and text message.

Flexible, Economical Fee Arrangements:

Finding a seasoned, business-minded general counsel is difficult and expensive. Our research has shown that the average base salary of an in-house general counsel in eastern Massachusetts lies in the range of $165,000 to $225,000. With benefits and related employment costs, that number is far higher. We create fee arrangements with our clients that (1) fit the service model requested by the client; and (2) will cost their business far less than an on-staff general counsel.

We often provide our outside general counsel services in return for a set retainer.  We can build a retainer around daily, weekly or monthly service arrangements.  If a client wants to hire us for a particular project, we can provide a flat fee to cover that scope of work. Those clients who prefer a strict on-demand arrangement pay us based upon our time investment at our hourly rate.
