Andrew’s practice focuses on employment law and civil litigation. He represents employers in a broad range of workplace matters, including discrimination claims, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, workplace accommodations, restrictive covenant issues, personnel policies, and employment-related litigation.

Prior to joining Foley & Foley, Andrew developed a strong litigation foundation through his work representing clients in courts throughout Massachusetts and neighboring jurisdictions. He managed a substantial caseload from inception through resolution, regularly appearing in court, conducting discovery, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and preparing matters for trial. His litigation experience provides valuable insight when helping clients evaluate risk, resolve disputes efficiently, and protect their interests when litigation becomes necessary.

While attending Suffolk University Law School, Andrew served as a Student Attorney in the Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he advised entrepreneurs and small business owners on legal and operational issues affecting growing organizations. This experience strengthened his understanding of the challenges employers face and reinforced his commitment to providing practical legal solutions that support long-term success.
