Julia has experience on a wide range of employment matters in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Julia’s experience includes counseling clients, drafting and analyzing policies, managing workplace misconduct, and conducting trainings.

While in law school, Julia interned with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Julia also worked as a Law Clerk with an international Fortune 100 company in their in-house Employment legal department. Julia also has experience as an HR Manager for a nonprofit, which gives her a unique perspective on solving complex issues.

Julia is passionate about counseling employers and has focused her legal career on employment law. She is dedicated to finding creative solutions and developing policies that best fit the needs of clients.
