We wanted to find an external HR consulting group that would provide the depth and breadth of services even the most qualified solo HR person could not. Additionally, this company needed to be able to work with a small nonprofit with a 40-year history of a clear mission, vision, and values because context is everything.

I was very anxious when we knew we would have a vacancy for the HR Manager because I didn’t want there to be a gap in service to staff. I wanted a seamless transition, knowing it was a lot to ask. Well, I got my wish when I confirmed the contract with Foley and Foley! What I got in addition to all of that was almost immediate trust because of our prior knowledge and work with the firm.
