For over 25 years, Antoinette Theodossakos has been advising employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including compliance, risk management, and employment-related disputes. Her practice focuses on providing practical, business-oriented counsel on matters such as employee discipline and termination, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour compliance, ADA issues, and internal investigations. She regularly drafts and reviews employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and workplace policies, helping clients implement clear and effective frameworks that support their operational goals while minimizing legal exposure.

Antoinette has significant experience across all phases of litigation, representing employers in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and state civil rights agencies. She advises clients proactively and resolves disputes efficiently whenever possible.

While in private practice, Antoinette has served as Counsel at a major law firm, where she established and developed the firm’s employment law practice in Florida. On behalf of several clients, she managed employment and business litigation matters and defended employers in complex claims, including collective actions and discrimination cases.

In her role in-house, Antoinette served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Chief Compliance Officer, and General Counsel for a large healthcare system. She oversaw all employment-related legal matters while leading human resources operations for a workforce of more than 1,800 employees.
