Foley HR Solutions: Head of Team and Client Experience

Nicholas K. Foley heads our Fractional HR Solutions. Nick is an experienced human resources and talent acquisition professional with more than ten years of experience advising organizations on talent strategy, recruiting operations, employee engagement, and employment compliance. He has worked across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, technology, media, and nonprofit organizations, and brings a practical, business-minded approach to workplace and employment-related challenges.

Nick has held leadership roles at both growing organizations and large global companies. Throughout his career, he has overseen full-cycle recruiting operations, managed and developed recruiting teams, led workforce planning initiatives, and partnered closely with senior leadership on hiring strategy, retention, and organizational planning. He is known for building strong internal partnerships and helping organizations implement people-focused practices that are efficient, compliant, and sustainable.

He also completed graduate-level coursework in Human Resources Management at Lasell University with academic distinction, including Human Resources Management, Human Resources Law & Compliance, Operations Strategy, and Performance Management & Employee Development.

Nick combines extensive HR leadership experience with a growing legal foundation, allowing him to provide clients with practical guidance and solutions-driven support on a wide range of employment and workforce matters.
