Lizanne has represented management in labor and employment matters, both union and non-union, for over thirty years. She advises employers on all facets of the employment relationship, including personnel, discrimination, union organizing, sexual harassment, hiring, discipline, and termination. She has represented employers in labor arbitrations, labor board proceedings, collective bargaining, and wage and hour compliance disputes.
