Shana H. Bridgeman has over nineteen years of legal experience, sixteen of which have included the practice of labor and employment law. Shana has experience advising management and municipal clients in all aspects of labor and employment law, including investigations; collective bargaining agreements; employee discipline; grievance and arbitration; administrative hearings; severance; employment contracts; employee handbooks; policy development; EEOC matters; FMLA compliance; discrimination and harassment; training; risk assessment; and consulting.

Shana is a member of our On-Call Service Team and she provides practical and effective legal solutions to Florida clients. She tailors her advice to be compliant with the law while also being in alignment with each client’s unique values.
