Breaking News: The US Supreme Court just blocked the Biden administration from enforcing a vaccine or test mandate for large employers. But the Court allowed the mandate requiring healthcare workers at facilities receiving federal money to be vaccinated.
What should you do?
- Healthcare facilities: stay the course–we can help.
- Employers of 100 or more:
- Your state may have (NY) or may in the near future adopt the OSHA ETS vaccine or test requirement. We can help.
- If your state has no requirement (yet), you can stop your plans and policies right now.
- If you are in the thick of going forward with the mandatory vaccine/test plan, you can continue with it. It is not in any way unlawful or illegal and still a best practice for workplace safety.
