What Should We Be Doing about COVID Now? Guidance Alert

Boston:  get at it–the city has enacted a surprisingly strict vaccine policy and we have answered a lot of questions. Please call if you have any.

For everyone else:

  • Vaccines: The vaccine-or-test mandate is out at the federal level but the mandate is alive in some states and even localities. Here is a very handy chart we compiled*, State/Local OSHA, ETS and Policies on Vaccines, subject to change, where you can find out where your business stands.  We recommend you take a look to guide you.
  • COVID Sick Leave has had a lot of change too. We offer a fixed fee COVID Sick Leave Chart so you can know your obligations, wherever you do business.
  • Vaccination Policy: Whether you want to mandate or merely encourage vaccines, we have all the documents and policies you need to comply with the laws. Again, the Supreme Court did not rule that private employers cannot mandate vaccines. It is still legal and a best practice.
