Hey Bay Staters–PFML is still a thing! With everything else going on, you need to update the PFML notice and posters. Why? The effective rates have changed. Notice of the new contribution must be provided 30 days before 1/1/22 for current employees and 30 days within hire for new employees. While new employees have to return a signed notification form, current employees who have previously signed the notice do not. Electronic notification is allowed.
